This Privacy Policy applies to Yura's websites, applications, waitlist forms, contact forms, product demos, connected device experiences, and related communications. It does not apply to third-party services, devices, websites, or integrations that maintain their own privacy policies.
When you connect a wearable, health app, lab source, or other third-party service, that provider's terms and privacy policy continue to govern information collected or processed by that provider.

Yura may collect information you submit directly, including name, email address, phone number, organization, role, inquiry topic, message details, account details, preferences, and support communications.
Connected wellness information
If you authorize a connection, Yura may process wellness and health-related data from supported sources, including sleep, activity, heart rate, heart-rate variability, temperature, respiratory rate, recovery, strain, lab markers, symptoms, notes, and related metadata.
Usage and technical information
Yura may collect device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, log events, diagnostics, performance data, security events, and interaction data.
Information from partners
Yura may receive information from service providers, integration partners, research or care partners, and authentication providers when you authorize or request that relationship.
Use of information
- Provide, operate, personalize, maintain, and improve the Yura services.
- Create baselines, trends, summaries, alerts, device connection views, and user-directed share experiences.
