By accessing or using Yura, you agree to these Terms. If you use Yura on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Services
Yura provides software that helps users connect wellness data sources, view personal baselines, understand trends, receive wellness signals, prepare summaries, and manage user-directed sharing.
Yura may add, change, suspend, or remove features as part of normal product operations. Some features may require an account, supported device, third-party integration, or additional terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use Yura under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Yura is permitted in your jurisdiction and consistent with any obligations that apply to you.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your account credentials, and activity that occurs under your account. Notify Yura promptly if you believe your account or connected data has been compromised.
Yura may use reasonable measures to verify identity, protect accounts, and prevent unauthorized access.
Wellness information
Yura provides wellness information and product experiences for general informational purposes. Yura is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or clinical monitoring.
Information from wearables, health apps, labs, and other connected sources can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by device settings and provider availability. You are responsible for reviewing Yura outputs with appropriate judgment and professional support where needed.
Third-party services
Yura may connect with third-party devices, apps, APIs, labs, authentication providers, and other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Yura is not responsible for third-party services, data availability, outages, or changes.
User content and permissions
You retain ownership of information, notes, files, messages, and other content you submit to Yura. You grant Yura the permissions needed to host, process, display, analyze, transmit, and use that content to provide and improve the services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit any information you provide to Yura.
Acceptable use
- Do not access or use Yura in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or harms another person.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the services.
- Do not submit malicious code, false information, or information you do not have permission to provide.
- Do not use Yura to make employment, insurance, lending, housing, or eligibility decisions unless you have the required legal authority and professional review.
Ownership
Yura and its licensors own the services, software, design, interfaces, trademarks, logos, content, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in Yura's intellectual property.
You may use Yura only as permitted by these Terms and any product documentation or written agreement that applies to you.
Suspension and termination
Yura may suspend or terminate access to the services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or Yura, used the services unlawfully, or if continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Yura does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or accurate in every circumstance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
